Devuplabs runs https://devuplabs.cloud. These terms apply when you use the site or buy access. Creating an account or paying means you accept them.

You are buying access to online courses in the browser: lessons, simulations, a code editor, a database console, and labs, as each course lists them on Pricing. Every plan is a one-time payment for the term it names (one year, two years, or lifetime) and does not renew on its own. We do not ship anything physical.

When a one- or two-year term ends, the paid content locks. Your progress stays saved, and buying again picks up where you stopped.

The AWS labs run in your own cloud account. Bills from AWS or any other provider are yours. We will not pay them or refund them.

We may add, update, or retire individual lessons as services and best practice change. Each course stays substantially as it is listed.

Sign-in is through Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn. Keep that account secure. One email can have only one active session at a time: signing in on another device or browser ends the earlier one. Do not share a paid login or resell access. We can suspend an account that is shared, scraped, or used to copy paid pages.

A purchase lets you use the paid material for your own learning. It is not a transfer of ownership. You may not republish the labs, share exports, or use the content to build a competing product.

Checkout runs through Razorpay. Prices on Pricing are in Indian rupees. Where we say GST is included, it is. After Razorpay captures the payment, we enrol your account. You can see the record on Billing.

If you hold Plus and buy Pro of the same plan (the membership, or the same course), checkout takes a credit off the Pro price for the Plus days you have left. The credit is today's price of the Plus term you hold, divided by the number of days in that term, times the days remaining. It is rounded down to the rupee and shown before you pay.

Lifetime Plus has no end date, so its credit is today's price of lifetime Plus. If the Plus term you hold is no longer sold, we use what you paid for it instead.

The Pro term starts in full on the day you pay. The Plus days you had left are not added on top of it.

If the credit would be equal to or more than the Pro price you picked, no credit applies and that Pro plan costs its full price. For example, lifetime Plus is worth more than one year of Pro, so that upgrade is charged in full.

Only paid Plus earns a credit; complimentary access does not. The credit can only come off a Pro price. It cannot be paid out, moved to another plan or account, or added to a refund.

• Do not bypass the paywall or scrape paid pages.
• Do not use the labs against systems you do not have permission to test.
• Do not attack or overload our infrastructure.

We try to keep the site up. We do not promise it will never go down. We can change prices for new purchases; a plan you already bought is not repriced. We can change these terms, and the date at the top of this page is the current version.

The labs are teaching material. We are not responsible for your cloud bills, exam results, or anything that happens in your environment. If Indian law lets us cap our liability, it is capped at what you paid us for that purchase.
