The individual plan is paid once. We do not renew it and we do not keep a mandate to charge you again. There is no subscription to cancel.
Close the Razorpay window, or cancel in your UPI, card, or netbanking app. If nothing was captured, you are not charged and we do not enrol you. You do not need to email us about an abandoned checkout.
A captured payment is final and cannot be cancelled. The refund policy lists the only cases where we refund, and a refund removes the access it paid for.
If UPI, netbanking, or a card fails, Razorpay does not capture anything. Try again from Pricing. A failed try is not an order.
Email support@devuplabs.cloud if you want the account closed. This does not refund a captured payment.
Write to support@devuplabs.cloud from the email on your account. If it is about a payment, include the Razorpay payment ID from Billing.
