This page covers personal data Devuplabs handles when you use https://devuplabs.cloud.
When you sign in, we get your name, email, and an account id from Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn. We keep lab progress and which course you have access to. We also keep you signed in after you log in.
For payments we keep the Razorpay payment details we need to enrol you, show billing, and handle refunds: payment id, amount, currency, and status. We never see full card numbers, UPI PINs, or netbanking passwords.
We keep basic records of site use so we can run and secure the site.
When you send feedback on a lesson, we keep what you wrote, the page, and whether you found it helpful, against your account.
If you allow analytics cookies, Zoho PageSense records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling, and page votes. Decline and it is never loaded. You can change your choice from Cookie choices at the foot of the home page.
We use this data to run your account, unlock paid labs, show Billing, process refunds, fix bugs, and reply to support. We do not sell it or use it for third-party ads.
Razorpay processes checkout and refunds. Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn handle sign-in under their own policies. Account and progress data is stored by the companies that host the site for us. Zoho (India data centre) holds your name, email, purchases, and feedback in Zoho CRM, sends your invoices from Zoho Invoice, and, with your consent, runs PageSense. We do not send your data to advertisers.
Account, enrolment, and payment records stay while you have an account. After a purchase or refund we keep what tax and dispute rules require.
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or account deletion. Payment records we have to keep by law will stay. Email support@devuplabs.cloud.
